What is your cancellation policy?
You can change or cancel your window cleaning service up to 24 hours in advance.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due upon completion of your window cleaning. We accept cash, checks and all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diner’s Club).
Are your quotes no obligation?
All commercial window pricing quotes are no obligation and pricing is valid for 60 days from the quote date.
All residential pricing is valid as of time of booking and wont be changed without prior notice.
Are you fully insured?
The simple answer is yes, but please feel free to ask to see a copy.
